Withdrawal of consent – for sending information messages and online newsletters of an advertising nature and for deletion of the registered user profile.

Purpose: to fulfill the service contract, inquiry management;
Grounds for processing: performance of a contractual obligation – the concluded service contract. Performance of a legal obligation – Accounting Act, Value Added Tax Act, Corporate Income Tax Act. Client’s consent – for sending information messages and online newsletters of an advertising nature;
Term – 6 years from January 1 of the year following the year in which the sales/deliveries were terminated or completed in accordance with Article 110 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts in relation to the protection of the rights and interests of the company in case of disputes, and for documents for tax control, audit and subsequent financial inspections – 10 years from January 1 of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they relate.
